“As a County Club, it is vital we support these initiatives and encourage new faces to the game as these young children are our future, be it as a player or spectator. So far 150 Clubs across the South West have signed up to All Stars Cricket and through our ticket offer, we look forward to rewarding them to a day out at the Cooper Associates County Ground this summer.”

Matt Counsell from the Somerset Cricket Board said: “All Stars Cricket is a fantastic way of introducing young children to playing cricket and thanks to support from Somerset County Cricket Club it will also now give the children the chance to watch their first match too.”

All Stars Cricket will be delivered through local cricket clubs and centres across England and Wales this summer, giving 5-8 year olds their first experience of the game. To find out more about All Stars Cricket and how you can sign up your Child, please click here.
