2019 Sri Lanka Tour
The Somerset Boys U15 County Age Group will be touring Sri Lanka every year until at least 2020 with the Somerset Girls U17 County Age Group touring every other year from 2018. The tour provides players with the opportunity to play cricket and develop cricketing skills in an overseas environment and share social and cultural experiences.
Players partake in a specific winter training programme to help prepare them for the challenges in Sri Lanka and develop new facets to their game in order to have success in very different conditions to those they are used to. Players are also encouraged to develop their business and social skills by taking responsibility in helping to raise funds for the tour.

Fundraising
To raise funds for the 2019 tour, players, parents and Somerset Cricket Board have all been putting their creative fundraising skills to the test. A great many people, cricket clubs and businesses have been very generous and we are very grateful for their support and assistance.
Raffle
